It is extremely difficult to find work in certain parts of Thailand. That is why Latapoln's parents began working in Bangkok. Sadly, he does not get to see them very often, but they are doing the best they can to provide for their two children. Latapoln is currently living with his grandparents while his parents are away. Each month, his parents send money to help with expenses. Every little bit helps, but they still struggle to make ends meet.

Latapoln enjoys learning and attending school during the week. He is not sure what he wants to be when he grows up, but he plans to accomplish great things in his life. Latapoln's friends and teachers often describe him as happy and bright. Despite the hard times in his life, Latapoln always tries to remain positive.
